A: The festival uses RFID wristbands for all payments. Load money to your wristband while purchasing tickets or at top-up stations at the venue.
Q: Can I pay by cash or card at stalls?
A: No, all payments must be made via your RFID wristband. The festival is completely cashless.
Q: How do I load money onto my wristband?
A: You can:
– Pre-load while buying your tickets online
– Top up at designated stations using UPI/cards
– Check balance and reload through our festival app
Q: What happens to unused money on my wristband?
A: Unused amounts can be refunded through our website within 7 days after the festival.

A: While the festival area is open to all ticket holders, the amphitheatre shows have two slots – Sunset & Moonlight Sessions. Check the performances slotted for these and buy your ticket accordingly.

A: Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket.

A: No, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
